This is my first fitblr & I'm creating it to help motivate & inspire me. If anyone has any tips on how to improve or any workouts you think I would enjoy please don't heistate to submit them to me, don't panic i'll give you full credit if I try them. Being a vegetarian it's pretty hard to find a diet which is healthy so if you know any recipes or sites to explore to find something yummy yet healthy I'd love to check it out & I will be posting some of my favourite meals & workouts.
